MassDOT is developing a Strategic Business Plan as part of its policy initiatives for its 15th anniversary. The plan defines how we will deliver the state's 2050 vision. Our focus will be on organizing our workforce and aligning our resources and operations to meet MassDOT's needs and lay the foundation for the future.
